⑤ When preventing the use that is in violation of the Terms of Use
⑥ When displaying the information registered in the Company onto input screen so that customers can easily enter data
⑦ When utilizing customer feedback to improve services or develop new services
⑧ When creating statistical data processed in a format that does not allow identification of individual person, and then investigating and analyzing such data as marketing data

3. Unintended use of Personal Information

The Company will use Personal Information only for the purposes stated above, and not use it for any other purposes without the consent of provider of the such Information unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations or the such unintended use has been notified or published separately.

5. Regarding automatically collected information such as Cookie that is not recognized by customers

(1) Cookie has a function that store small amounts of data on site visits of customers’ in customers’ web browsers via web servers.

(2) The Company’s site (hereinafter referred to “Our Site”) uses Cookie for the following purposes.

The company collects access logs to monitor use trend of customers and measure advertising effectiveness. While items such as IP address, web browser type, and domain name are collected by access log, they are not used in correlation to collected Personal Information. Analysis of the access log may be entrusted to third parties.
In addition, in order to measure the effectiveness of statistics, advertisements, and to improve services, the Company collects user behavior history arising from users’ clicks of URL’s, etc. written in emails.

6. Regarding encrypted communication function

In order to protect Personal Information of users and ensure the security thereof, Our Site adopts encrypted communication functions (SSL), etc. This makes it possible to exchange information while protecting the privacy of users.

7. Implementation of security management measures for Personal Information

The company adequately manages Personal Information by implementing necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage.
